Our values as trainers

The safe bubble

Fear and embarrassment often paralyse us and prevent us from developing our capacity to play and learn on a course. That is why it matters to let go of fears and insecurities: before we start working we create a safe bubble, a secure space for learning and experimentation where the fear of being judged by others or by ourselves stays outside the room, so we can develop our full potential as artists without fear.

The inner engine

What force am I? What kind of actor am I? We analyse each artist to identify the archetype they belong to, their most dominant qualities and the tools that will serve them best when working on particular kinds of characters.

Making the “click”: credibility and truth

What stops us from developing our full potential? How do we say the text in an organic, natural way and make the longed-for “click” that turns our acting into credibility, and credibility into truth? How do we take one more step in our artistic development and move from merely reciting a text to becoming resourceful, believable, solid actors?

The actor’s craft

Once the professional tools have been laid out, we explain the ins and outs of the actor’s craft. Being an actor is not just getting on a stage or standing in front of a camera and acting. Beyond a good performance, you need to know the codes, customs and inner language of the industry to be fully integrated into the ecosystem of both stage and screen productions.
